Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern all orders placed in this online store with Turbo Redline Ecom LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "Mirvella" or "we").

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the store is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make an offer to purchase; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation e-mail or with the dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free to Italy and worldwide. Details are on the Shipping page.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We prepare the order within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 4–7 business days to Italy and 5–10 business days to the rest of the world.

6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty. We also offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee. All details are on the Returns page.

7. Product use

The seat is designed for dogs up to 5 kg and up to 29 cm long. Always fasten the straps to the headrests and clip the tether to the harness (not the collar) before driving. The product does not replace approved restraint systems and must not obstruct driving.

8. Governing law

The law of the State of Wyoming (USA) applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
