Where we ship

We ship to Italy and worldwide.

Costs

Shipping is always free, with no minimum order value.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days to Italy and 5–10 business days to the rest of the world after dispatch. During peak periods or exceptional events, times may be slightly longer. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, we e-mail you the tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated time, write to creepypooch@outlook.com with your order number (and photos or videos if damaged): we will send you a replacement or refund you.
