Right of withdrawal, returns and 90-day guarantee

Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected them, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to the return address we communicate when you register the return without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns must be sufficiently prepaid; unpaid or cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted. We recommend an insured, tracked shipment, as you bear the transport risk of the return until the goods reach us.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For used, damaged, soiled or incomplete goods (e.g. missing accessories, missing or damaged original packaging) we reserve the right to offset a reasonable compensation for loss of value – up to the full purchase price – against the refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. It applies exclusively under the following conditions:

  • The goods are unused, undamaged and complete and are in their unopened original packaging with all accessories.
  • The return is registered in advance via our contact form, stating the order number; unregistered returns cannot be processed.
  • You bear the cost and the risk of the return shipment.
  • We refund the value of the returned item after receipt and inspection. Shipping costs, shipping protection, free or promotional items and discounts that no longer apply after the return are not refunded or are offset.
  • The guarantee applies only to purchases made in this store and is not transferable.

If a return does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the guarantee refund or deduct a reasonable compensation for loss of value; the goods will be sent back to you at your expense. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and the legal warranty, remain unaffected.

Damaged or defective delivery

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage and the packaging via our contact form. After verification we will send you a free replacement. Later reports can only be handled under the statutory warranty.
